חיכוך סטטי : ((Static Friction))

When force is applied to an immovable object, then the friction created between the two systems is called Static Friction.

How does the contradiction between the reverence of martyrdom and the taboo of suicide in the Judeo-Christian tradition inform our contemporary ethical framework?

What might the unprecedented increase in deaths of despair say about the necessity of ritual and foundational values in a progressively secular western culture?

Can one’s life truly be considered a divine gift if one shouldn’t have a say in its finitude?

Static Friction provides neither an agenda, nor specific answers. Rather, it is an exploration of these dichotomies. An experiment in cultivating a new ritualistic space that deconstructs the implicit dogmatism that we all carry.
